Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with optimizing their on-site search experience, providing personalized recommendations, and managing large or complex product catalogs, Klevu is the stronger choice. Its AI-powered search and merchandising capabilities, along with Shopify Markets compatibility and robust APIs, offer a comprehensive solution. However, if the primary goal is to directly incentivize larger purchases through volume discounts, bundles, and cross-selling, Zoorix is more suitable. Its ease of setup, compatibility with themes, and focus on direct purchase incentives make it an excellent option for merchants seeking quick and straightforward AOV boosts. Given the significant difference in review counts, Zoorix appears to have broader adoption and a track record of positive user experience.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?

Klevu explicitly states full compatibility with Shopify Markets, making it the better choice for stores operating in multiple regions. Zoorix mentions multi-currency and multi-language support, but doesn't specify Shopify Markets compatibility.
Which app focuses more on improving the overall shopping experience?
Klevu aims to improve the overall shopping experience through better search, product discovery, and recommendations, while Zoorix focuses more on incentivizing larger purchases through discounts and bundles.
Which app is better for increasing the average order value (AOV)?
Both apps aim to increase AOV, but they do so differently. Klevu improves AOV through better product discovery, while Zoorix does so through volume discounts, bundles, and cross-selling. The 'better' app depends on the merchant's specific strategy.
