KNO Post Purchase Surveys vs SK: Form Builder Appfor Shopify (2026)
KNO Post Purchase Surveys and SK: Form Builder App both cater to data collection on Shopify, but with vastly different focuses. KNO Post Purchase Surveys is laser-focused on *post-purchase* insights, specializing in attribution modeling, customer experience optimization, and product development feedback through targeted surveys. It's built for merchants who want to deeply understand their customer journey, advertising effectiveness, and product perception *after* a purchase has been made. It offers advanced attribution reports, audience segmentation, and a wide range of pre-built survey templates specific to post-purchase scenarios. SK: Form Builder App, on the other hand, is a general-purpose form builder. It emphasizes creating various types of forms for diverse purposes like contact, booking, or warranty requests, at any stage. SK: Form Builder App is more about enabling merchants to create a wide range of forms for data capture. The integration focuses on marketing automation, like Klaviyo and Google Sheets. This makes it more suitable for merchants needing versatile form creation tools to collect various types of data throughout the customer journey. While it does provide templates, they are not centered around the post-purchase experience like KNO's. The advanced features provided by SK: Form Builder App, like custom CSS, conditional logic, file uploads, and storage up to 2GB are great features that may sway a merchant to choose SK: Form Builder App over KNO Post Purchase Surveys.
