Our Verdict
KOBU ‑ Menu Highlight is the better choice for merchants who want to visually guide customers through their product catalog and mimic social media navigation styles. Its high rating and positive reviews suggest a reliable app with good design flexibility. It's particularly well-suited for stores with visually rich collections and a desire to reduce bounce rate by improving discoverability. On the other hand, Smart Synonym Search is a potential solution for merchants who have noticed customers struggling to find products using the search bar, perhaps due to differing terminology. However, with no ratings or reviews, its reliability and effectiveness are uncertain. Merchants considering Smart Synonym Search should proceed with caution and prioritize thorough testing during any free trial period to ensure it delivers on its promises.
