Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing visual aesthetics and ease of navigation within their store, and who want a straightforward way to feature products and collections, KOBU ‑ Menu Highlight is the better choice, especially given its positive user reviews. It's ideal for stores where visual merchandising is crucial.
On the other hand, merchants looking for a comprehensive, AI-driven solution to optimize their entire product discovery process, enhance search functionality, and drive revenue through personalized recommendations should consider XO Search & Recommendation. However, the lack of reviews and potential complexity in setting up the AI-driven features means it is a higher-risk choice, despite its potential for significant revenue uplift.
