Our Verdict
Choosing between KOBU ‑ Menu Highlight and Xrely Autocomplete & Search depends heavily on the merchant's specific needs and priorities. If a merchant is looking to curate and visually highlight specific products or collections in an engaging way and reduce bounce rate through improved visibility, KOBU is the stronger choice. Its focus on design and ease of navigation makes it suitable for shops aiming for a visually-driven user experience. However, if the merchant has a large catalog, struggles with product discoverability via search, and needs an intelligent search function that analyzes customer behavior to provide relevant suggestions, Xrely Autocomplete & Search is potentially more suitable, despite its lack of reviews, pending successful implementation and the delivery of tangible results.
