Our Verdict
The choice between Komfortkasse offline payments and Razorpay Affordability Widget depends entirely on the merchant's payment infrastructure and business goals. If a merchant relies heavily on bank transfers and wants to streamline that process, Komfortkasse is the clear choice. Its automation features and fault-tolerance capabilities address a specific pain point.
However, if a merchant already uses Razorpay and aims to boost conversions by highlighting payment options, the Razorpay Affordability Widget might be considered. However, the significantly lower rating suggests potential issues with the app, prompting caution.
