Kustomer vs Octocom AI CX & CS suitefor Shopify (2026)
Kustomer and Octocom AI CX & CS suite both aim to enhance customer support on Shopify but adopt distinct approaches. Kustomer positions itself as a full-fledged AI CRM, emphasizing a holistic view of customer data and streamlined support across channels. The target audience appears to be larger eCommerce and retail businesses that need a robust system to manage complex customer relationships and streamline operations. Octocom, on the other hand, focuses on leveraging AI-powered chatbots to automate customer service inquiries.
