Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants already using Zendesk and primarily struggling with high volumes of "What's my order status?" tickets, Stylo: AI in Zendesk is a targeted and efficient solution. Its ability to automatically answer these common questions frees up agents to handle more complex issues. However, merchants looking for a comprehensive CRM solution with deep Shopify integration, multi-channel support, and the ability to manage orders and refunds directly from the CRM should opt for Kustomer. Kustomer's broader feature set makes it suitable for businesses aiming for a complete customer-centric support experience. Therefore, the choice hinges on the merchant's existing infrastructure and specific support needs.
