Our Verdict
For larger Shopify merchants with complex customer service needs and a desire for in-depth customer insights, Kustomer appears to be the more robust option. Its full integration with Shopify order data and AI-driven CRM features offer significant advantages in personalizing the customer experience and streamlining support workflows. The higher number of reviews, despite being only 24, suggest a more established product.
However, for smaller merchants or those just starting to build out their customer support infrastructure, Taggo: Inbox & AI Chatbot may be a more accessible and potentially cost-effective solution. If the primary need is managing customer inquiries efficiently through an inbox and leveraging an AI chatbot for basic support, Taggo could be a good starting point. Further investigation into Taggo's feature set and customer support is recommended to determine its suitability.
