Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants seeking deep, customizable control over their Cash on Delivery orders and a strategy focused on incentivizing prepaid payments with granular options like partial COD, Kwik COD & Checkout appears to be the stronger choice. Its high rating and substantial number of reviews suggest established user satisfaction. Conversely, if merchants prefer a hands-off, AI-driven approach to checkout optimization and RTO reduction, Razorpay COD & Magic Checkout may be more appealing. Its emphasis on AI-powered suggestions and real-time risk detection could be particularly beneficial for stores looking for a seamless checkout experience with minimal manual configuration. However, the lower rating and smaller number of reviews indicate it might be a newer or less established solution, requiring more due diligence.
