Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with improving account signup rates and capturing customer data on the thank you page or at Shopify Plus checkout, LC | Easy Account Creation is the better choice. Its focus on a frictionless signup process provides a targeted solution. However, the very low review count suggests it may be a newer or less established app.
In contrast, if the objective is to enhance customer engagement across multiple communication channels, automate marketing and support functions, and ultimately drive sales and improve retention, Whatsapp Marketing & Support is the more suitable option. Its comprehensive features and high review count signal a more robust and widely adopted solution for D2C brands.
