Both Lighthouse: Slack Alerts and Ting ‑ Slack Notifications aim to provide Shopify merchants with Slack notifications for order-related events. Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing simplicity and specifically needing alerts for high-value orders, Lighthouse: Slack Alerts is a potentially suitable choice. Its focus on order value filtering is its main selling point, despite its low review count. However, for merchants needing broader visibility into order data, detailed reports, the ability to integrate with multiple Slack channels, and more customizable notifications, Ting ‑ Slack Notifications appears to be the stronger contender. The higher number of reviews provides increased confidence in its reliability and functionality.

Ting clearly offers better reporting, providing daily, weekly, and monthly order reports, whereas Lighthouse doesn't specify any reporting capabilities.
Which app is best for a store with multiple teams using Slack?
Ting supports multiple Slack channels and teams, making it the better choice for organizations with diverse team communication needs.

Which app is better for a new Shopify store?
