For businesses that highly value direct, personal interactions with customers and have the staff to manage live chats, Live Chat by Combidesk is a good option. Its features like automatic customer information completion can streamline the chat process. However, for stores seeking a more scalable solution that can handle a high volume of inquiries without constant manual intervention, Verifast AI Chatbot +Sales Bot appears to be the better choice.
