Our Verdict
If the primary goal is to improve the customer experience by providing proactive and visually appealing shipment tracking information, then Live Shipment Track For Email *might* be worth exploring, but the lack of reviews is a serious red flag. A merchant would need to be very confident in its functionality and willing to be an early adopter. Given the lack of reviews, it's difficult to assess its true value and reliability.
On the other hand, if the focus is on internal team efficiency and real-time order insights, Ting ‑ Slack Notifications is the clear winner. Its high rating and multiple positive reviews suggest that it delivers on its promise of streamlining order management through Slack integration. For most Shopify stores in 2026, efficient internal operations are crucial, making Ting a safer and potentially more valuable choice.
