Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants prioritizing personalized, hands-on support and requiring the ability to directly manage customer orders and troubleshoot issues within their accounts, Login as Customer: Support is the more suitable choice. Its compatibility with all Shopify plans is a significant advantage. However, for merchants struggling with a high volume of phone calls and seeking to automate basic support tasks like order tracking and returns, Ringly.io ‑ AI Phone Support offers a compelling alternative. The low setup time and 24/7 availability make it particularly attractive, although the limited review count requires careful consideration before implementation.
