Our Verdict
Currently, lookfor AI Agents & AI Chatbot appears to be the stronger option for Shopify merchants seeking an AI-powered helpdesk solution. Its positive reviews, established feature set (including AI agents, Shopify function integration, and detailed analytics), and focus on both customer support automation and sales conversion make it a compelling choice, especially for businesses dealing with a high volume of inquiries.
Sobot Live Chat & Chatbot, lacking any user reviews or detailed feature information, is a much riskier proposition. It *might* be a suitable option for very small businesses seeking a basic live chat solution if it proves to be exceptionally inexpensive, but without further data, it's impossible to recommend. Merchants should proceed with extreme caution and thoroughly research Sobot before considering it.
