Our Verdict
For merchants struggling with a high bounce rate due to poor search functionality, M:AI User-Friendly Site Search could be a beneficial investment. Its AI-powered search aims to understand customer intent and deliver more relevant results. However, the lack of reviews raises concerns about its reliability and effectiveness. Recomatic Related Products, with its strong rating and numerous positive reviews, presents a safer option for merchants looking to boost sales through related product recommendations. Its proven track record and detailed conversion tracking make it a more reliable choice.
In summary, if improving site search is the priority and you are willing to take a risk on a new app, M:AI could be considered. Otherwise, Recomatic is the better choice due to its established reputation and focus on proven sales-boosting techniques. A store could, in principle, benefit from using both.
