Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing enhanced customer service, personalized recommendations, and AI-driven engagement, Manifest AI Chatbot + ChatGPT is the better choice. It is well-suited for stores with complex product offerings or those experiencing high volumes of customer inquiries. For stores primarily focused on increasing AOV and minimizing cart abandonment through targeted promotions and cart optimization, Opus Cart Upsell Cart Drawer offers a robust set of features.
Given the significantly higher number of reviews and perfect rating, Opus currently shows a higher level of satisfaction among its users. However, this does not negate the value proposition of Manifest AI. The best choice depends on the specific pain points and revenue goals of the merchant. If improving customer experience and reducing support costs is a priority, Manifest is the better option. If the focus is purely on squeezing more revenue out of existing traffic at the cart stage, Opus is likely the better fit.
