Our Verdict
For smaller Shopify stores primarily focused on immediate customer interaction and building trust through phone calls, Mega Callback might be a suitable choice due to its simplicity and direct approach. Its focus on callbacks can provide a personalized touch that some customers appreciate. However, the limited number of reviews raises a flag for potential users to approach cautiously.
On the other hand, Whatsapp Marketing & Support is the better option for D2C brands that require a comprehensive solution for managing customer communication, automating marketing campaigns, and driving sales across multiple channels. Its AI-powered features and broader scope make it a more powerful tool for businesses looking to scale and improve customer engagement. The higher number of reviews suggests greater confidence and adoption in the market. If a store is looking to scale, and has multiple support agents that need a unified support inbox, Whatsapp Marketing & Support is the clear choice.
