Mercado Pago Ordena checkouts vs Quotify: Request a Quotefor Shopify (2026)
Mercado Pago Ordena checkouts and Quotify: Request a Quote are both Shopify apps listed under the 'Pricing' category, but they address vastly different merchant needs. Mercado Pago Ordena checkouts focuses on optimizing the checkout flow by prioritizing the Mercado Pago payment option. Its core strength lies in potentially increasing sales and approval rates for merchants already using Mercado Pago by giving it preferential placement. In contrast, Quotify: Request a Quote aims to enhance the B2B sales process by enabling customers to request custom quotes, offering features like customizable quote forms and proposal generation. The primary difference lies in their target audience and functionality. Mercado Pago Ordena checkouts targets merchants wanting to boost Mercado Pago usage and streamline their existing payment options. Quotify is designed for businesses, especially B2B, that require a request-for-quote (RFQ) system. The choice between the two depends heavily on whether a merchant's priority is checkout optimization for Mercado Pago or implementing a robust quote request system for custom pricing and B2B sales.

Our Verdict
If your primary objective is to maximize Mercado Pago transactions and you believe its placement in the checkout flow is impacting sales, then Mercado Pago Ordena checkouts is the appropriate choice, assuming you are comfortable with the limited number of reviews. However, if your business involves custom pricing, B2B sales, or requires a quotation process, Quotify: Request a Quote is the far more suitable option. Its higher rating and significantly larger number of reviews suggest greater user satisfaction and a more robust solution for managing quote requests.
Ultimately, these apps serve completely different functions. Merchants need to identify their core business needs – payment optimization versus custom pricing and lead capture – before deciding which app aligns with their strategy. Quotify's feature set is significantly more developed and tailored to a very specific B2B process.
