Our Verdict
Mipler — Advanced Reports is the better choice for Shopify merchants who want a robust, self-contained reporting solution within their Shopify admin. The AI assistant and ability to incorporate metafields and tags give it an edge in terms of customization and depth of analysis. The sheer number of reviews (492) indicates that a large number of merchants are finding value in its features. Porter Metrics is a better fit for merchants who are already heavily invested in external reporting tools like Google Sheets and need a way to seamlessly integrate their Shopify data. However, the low review count suggests that it may be a newer app or cater to a smaller niche.
