Our Verdict
Ting ‑ Slack Notifications appears to be the stronger choice for merchants already integrated with Slack and seeking streamlined internal notifications regarding orders and store performance. The existing reviews and 5-star rating inspire confidence. mNotify BMS SMS Notification, lacking reviews, is a riskier option. It *might* be suitable for merchants specifically targeting regions with poor SMS coverage and prioritizing customer-facing SMS communication, *if* the claims of easy setup and usage are accurate. However, given the lack of social proof, a merchant would want to proceed with extreme caution and potentially seek alternatives with more established track records.
