Our Verdict
For stores primarily focused on improving the search experience and leveraging AI-driven insights with a commitment to privacy, Motive ‑ Privacy‑Minded Search is the superior choice. It offers a comprehensive suite of AI features to enhance search functionality, reduce bounce rates, and gain a deeper understanding of customer behavior. However, stores seeking a simpler and more immediate solution to boost sales through related product recommendations, with less emphasis on search functionality, should opt for Recomatic Related Products. The higher number of reviews suggests greater user adoption and potentially a lower barrier to entry, although the relatively new rating counts must be considered.
