MyGLS Professional vs Orderify ‑ Order Edit Cancelfor Shopify (2026)
MyGLS Professional and Orderify ‑ Order Edit Cancel are Shopify apps that target very different aspects of order management. MyGLS Professional focuses on streamlining shipping logistics specifically for merchants using GLS (General Logistics Systems) in Eastern Europe, offering features like unlimited label printing, parcel shop integration, and automated order tracking. It’s a third-party app designed to enhance the GLS experience for Shopify merchants. Orderify, on the other hand, prioritizes improving the customer experience by allowing customers to self-manage their orders, including editing, cancellation, and reordering. This aims to reduce customer support burden and potentially increase sales through easy reordering. The primary difference lies in their focus. MyGLS Professional is operationally focused, optimizing the shipping process, whereas Orderify is customer-centric, empowering shoppers with order control. Choosing between them hinges on the merchant's biggest pain point: inefficient shipping logistics or high customer support costs related to order changes. The rating data suggests both provide value but cater to distinct needs.

Our Verdict
MyGLS Professional is the clear choice for Shopify merchants heavily reliant on GLS shipping within Eastern Europe. Its focus on unlimited label printing and GLS-specific integrations provides significant operational benefits for that niche. Merchants outside of this specific shipping context should not consider this app.
Orderify is a more broadly applicable solution for merchants experiencing high volumes of order change requests and seeking to improve customer satisfaction through self-service options. The trade-off is that order editing involves cancellation and reordering, which might not suit all businesses or customers. If a significant portion of your customer support involves order modifications, cancellations, or reorders, Orderify offers a compelling solution.
