MyGLS Professional vs PostCo Returns & Exchangesfor Shopify (2026)
MyGLS Professional and PostCo Returns & Exchanges are both highly rated (5/5) Shopify apps, but they cater to fundamentally different needs. MyGLS Professional focuses on streamlining GLS shipping, especially within Eastern Europe, offering unlimited label printing, parcel shop integration, and automated tracking. It targets merchants who rely on GLS for their shipping needs, particularly those dealing with Eastern European deliveries and requiring efficient label generation and order tracking. PostCo Returns & Exchanges, on the other hand, assists merchants in managing returns and exchanges, a service that is only implied with MyGLS. The critical difference lies in their core functionalities. MyGLS Professional enhances the outbound shipping process using GLS, while PostCo optimizes the reverse logistics of returns and exchanges (though the provided data doesn't detail *how* it does this). MyGLS Professional appears to offer a comprehensive shipping solution tailored to a specific carrier and region. It appeals to businesses heavily invested in GLS for Eastern European shipments and those seeking to automate related tasks like COD fee handling and zip code completion. PostCo, conversely, likely aims to reduce friction in the returns process and improve customer satisfaction by simplifying exchanges. Due to the limited data provided for PostCo Returns & Exchanges, its specific features and value proposition are less clear. The higher review count for MyGLS Professional suggests a larger user base or a longer period of availability on the Shopify App Store, providing further evidence of the app's usefulness and stability, particularly in the context of GLS shipping in Eastern Europe.
