MyGLS Professional vs Proship by Prozo (India)for Shopify (2026)
MyGLS Professional and Proship by Prozo (India) are Shopify apps designed to streamline order fulfillment, but they cater to vastly different needs and geographies. MyGLS Professional focuses on GLS (General Logistics Systems) integration, specifically targeting merchants shipping within Eastern Europe. Its headline emphasizes unlimited label creation, hinting at a value proposition for high-volume shippers within that region. It also boasts features like parcel shop integration and automatic order status tracking, suggesting a comprehensive solution for GLS customers. In contrast, Proship by Prozo (India) appears to be aimed at the Indian market, though specific features beyond order management are absent from the provided data. The most striking difference lies in user feedback. MyGLS Professional has a perfect 5/5 rating based on a substantial 123 reviews, indicating high user satisfaction and reliability. Proship by Prozo (India), however, suffers from a significantly low rating of 1.1/5 with only 3 reviews, signaling potential issues with functionality, support, or overall user experience. This disparity in ratings and review volume makes a direct comparison challenging, as MyGLS Professional has demonstrably more positive and extensive real-world usage data to support its claims.

Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants using GLS in Eastern Europe, MyGLS Professional appears to be the superior choice based on its overwhelmingly positive reviews and feature set tailored to GLS shipping. The app's emphasis on unlimited label printing, parcel shop integration, and automatic order status tracking strongly suggests a well-rounded solution for that specific market.
Proship by Prozo (India), given its extremely low rating and limited information, should be approached with extreme caution. Unless significantly improved and demonstrably reliable, it cannot be confidently recommended. Merchants operating in India may want to investigate other shipping apps with more positive reviews and comprehensive feature descriptions.
Common Questions
Which app is better for a business shipping solely within India?
While Proship by Prozo (India) *might* be intended for the Indian market, its extremely low rating suggests it's not a reliable choice. It would be prudent to explore alternative shipping apps with better reviews and features specific to Indian logistics.
Does MyGLS Professional work with shipping carriers other than GLS?
Based on the information provided, MyGLS Professional is specifically designed for GLS (General Logistics Systems) and likely does not support other carriers.
What are the potential risks of using an app with a very low rating, like Proship by Prozo (India)?
A very low rating suggests potential issues with functionality, customer support, or overall user experience. This could lead to shipping errors, delays, and frustrated customers. There is a high risk associated with using an app with this rating.
What kind of support do these apps offer if I have problems?
The information does not specify the support offered by each app. However, the large discrepancy in the review numbers suggests that MyGLS Professional may have more support based on the increased number of users. The lack of support may be related to the low rating in Proship by Prozo (India).
Is MyGLS Professional an official GLS app?
No, the description explicitly states that it's a third-party application not owned by GLS General Logistics Systems.
