MyGLS Professional vs QuickTrack | Order Trackingfor Shopify (2026)
MyGLS Professional and QuickTrack | Order Tracking are both Shopify apps that address order management, but cater to vastly different needs and target audiences. MyGLS Professional focuses on streamlining the shipping process, particularly for merchants utilizing GLS (General Logistics Systems) in Eastern Europe. It provides features for label generation, parcel shop integration, and order status tracking specifically within the GLS ecosystem. QuickTrack | Order Tracking, on the other hand, is a more general order tracking solution aimed at improving customer experience by providing updates and estimated delivery dates, irrespective of the shipping carrier used. The primary difference lies in their scope. MyGLS Professional offers a comprehensive shipping solution tightly integrated with GLS, while QuickTrack offers order tracking for any carrier, focusing on communication with the customer. The significantly higher rating and review count for MyGLS Professional suggest greater user satisfaction compared to QuickTrack, which has a very low rating and a single review. This is likely due to MyGLS solving very specific pain point of merchants who use GLS.

Our Verdict
MyGLS Professional is the clear choice for merchants who primarily use GLS for shipping, particularly in Eastern Europe. Its features are specifically designed to simplify and automate GLS-related tasks, and the positive reviews indicate a reliable and effective solution. QuickTrack | Order Tracking might be suitable for merchants who use multiple carriers and are primarily looking to improve communication with customers by providing order status updates. However, the extremely low rating and single review suggest significant caution should be exercised before adopting this app. Until the QuickTrack app improves its rating and user feedback, MyGLS Professional is the safer and likely more effective option for relevant businesses.
