Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with streamlining their GLS shipping process, especially those operating in or shipping to Eastern Europe, MyGLS Professional is the clear choice. Its focus on GLS-specific features like label printing and parcel shop integration provides significant value. If a merchant's pain points revolve around high support ticket volume related to order changes and a desire to empower customers, Relocate+ Order Editor is the better solution. It enables customers to self-manage order edits, reducing the burden on support staff and potentially increasing customer satisfaction. The limited number of reviews for Relocate+ indicates it may be newer or less widely used.
