MyGLS Professional vs RetroOrder: Edit Ordersfor Shopify (2026)
MyGLS Professional and RetroOrder: Edit Orders are Shopify apps targeting different aspects of order management. MyGLS Professional focuses on streamlining GLS (General Logistics Systems) shipping, primarily for merchants in Eastern Europe. It emphasizes efficient label creation, parcel shop integration, and automated order tracking. RetroOrder, on the other hand, addresses the need for order date modification and allowing customers to update shipping addresses post-checkout, aiming to reduce customer support workload. The key difference lies in their functionality: MyGLS handles shipping logistics and optimization with a specific courier, whereas RetroOrder provides tools to correct order information and enhance the customer experience by offering shipping address flexibility. MyGLS caters to businesses heavily reliant on GLS for shipping, offering unlimited label printing and automated order tracking features, whereas RetroOrder is valuable for merchants needing order date correction or those wanting to reduce 'wrong address' related support tickets. The difference lies in operational efficiency versus customer support and order correction.

Our Verdict
For merchants heavily reliant on GLS shipping in Eastern Europe, especially those processing a high volume of orders, MyGLS Professional appears to be the clear choice. Its 5-star rating and 123 reviews suggest a reliable and well-received solution for streamlining GLS logistics. The unlimited label printing is a significant advantage. RetroOrder: Edit Orders, while lacking reviews, caters to a different need. Merchants experiencing frequent customer address errors or requiring order date modifications should consider RetroOrder. However, the lack of reviews introduces a risk factor; thoroughly investigate the app's developer and support resources before committing to it. MyGLS Professional is recommended for GLS-centric operations, while RetroOrder is a solution for specific order modification requirements.
