Our Verdict
Choosing between MyGLS Professional and ShipAware hinges on a merchant's specific needs and shipping strategy. MyGLS Professional is the clear choice for businesses with a strong reliance on GLS, especially those operating in or shipping to Eastern Europe. The unlimited label printing and parcel shop integrations provide significant operational advantages. ShipAware, on the other hand, is better suited for merchants who prioritize customer satisfaction and seek to minimize negative impacts stemming from shipping delays or errors across many carriers. If a merchant already handles shipping logistics effectively, ShipAware can serve as a vital safety net to proactively address potential issues. However, given the limited number of reviews for ShipAware, further investigation into its reliability and features is advisable before making a decision.
