MyGLS Professional vs ShipD Delivery & Pickup pointsfor Shopify (2026)
MyGLS Professional and ShipD Delivery & Pickup points both aim to streamline shipping for Shopify merchants, but they cater to different needs. MyGLS Professional focuses exclusively on GLS Eastern Europe shipping, offering unlimited label printing and robust GLS-specific features like parcel shop cart and checkout integration, COD fee handling, and order status tracking. It's geared towards merchants who heavily rely on GLS in Eastern Europe and need comprehensive, specialized support for that carrier. It mentions country-specific solutions and automatic Romanian zip code filling, reinforcing this regional focus. ShipD Delivery & Pickup points takes a broader approach, supporting multiple carriers including Packeta, DPD, GLS, MPL, and PPL. Its strength lies in integrating with pickup points, providing interactive maps at checkout and Thank You pages. It streamlines label printing from the Shopify admin and sends email reminders for unselected pickup points. This positions ShipD as a versatile solution for merchants who use a mix of carriers and want to offer flexible delivery options to their customers. The integration of multiple European carriers makes it a better choice for businesses operating across diverse geographic locations in Europe and needing a flexible, multi-carrier pickup and delivery system.

Our Verdict
If your primary carrier is GLS and your business operates significantly within Eastern Europe, MyGLS Professional is the clear choice. Its unlimited label printing and specialized GLS features offer significant advantages. The higher number of reviews also suggests a more established user base.
However, if you use a mix of carriers across Europe and want to offer customers a variety of pickup point options, ShipD Delivery & Pickup points provides a more versatile and flexible solution. While the review count is lower, its multi-carrier support and pickup point integrations make it suitable for businesses with broader shipping needs.
