MyGLS Professional vs Shipr for Amazon FBA / MCFfor Shopify (2026)
MyGLS Professional and Shipr for Amazon FBA / MCF are both shipping apps on the Shopify app store, but they cater to vastly different needs. MyGLS Professional focuses on providing a comprehensive shipping solution specifically for merchants using GLS (General Logistics Systems) in Eastern Europe. Its strength lies in offering unlimited label printing, parcel shop integration, automated tracking, and features tailored to specific regional requirements like Romanian zip code autofill. In contrast, Shipr is designed to facilitate order fulfillment through Amazon FBA / MCF. It enables merchants to seamlessly integrate their Shopify stores with Amazon's fulfillment network, automating order fulfillment and inventory synchronization. The target audience for MyGLS Professional is Shopify merchants who are already utilizing or planning to utilize GLS for shipping within Eastern Europe and require tools for streamlining their shipping process, including parcel shop delivery options and label generation. Shipr, on the other hand, targets merchants who want to leverage Amazon's fulfillment infrastructure to handle their Shopify orders. This is particularly beneficial for businesses that already sell on Amazon or those seeking to outsource their fulfillment operations to a reliable and scalable service. While both fall under the 'Shipping' category, their core functionalities address completely distinct shipping strategies.
