Our Verdict
Merchants using GLS for shipping in Eastern Europe, especially if dealing with a high volume of orders, will find MyGLS Professional to be significantly more valuable. Its unlimited label printing, parcel shop integration, and order tracking features address core shipping workflow needs. Conversely, if a merchant's primary goal is to proactively communicate with Romanian customers via SMS for order updates and marketing, SMSO ‑ Romanian SMS Gateway is the more appropriate choice. However, the lack of reviews and the requirement for a separate SMSO RO account should be carefully considered. Given the lack of user reviews for SMSO, merchants looking for a proven, comprehensive solution for GLS should strongly consider MyGLS Professional.
