MyGLS Professional vs Synctrack: Returns & Exchangesfor Shopify (2026)
MyGLS Professional and Synctrack: Returns & Exchanges, while both categorized under 'Shipping' on Shopify, cater to vastly different post-purchase needs. MyGLS Professional is a shipping label and parcel shop integration app focused on General Logistics Systems (GLS), particularly in Eastern Europe. Its strength lies in streamlining the outbound shipping process, specifically label generation and parcel shop integration, with a key selling point being unlimited label printing. The target audience is merchants heavily reliant on GLS for shipping, especially in Eastern Europe, needing comprehensive shipping management capabilities. Synctrack: Returns & Exchanges, on the other hand, tackles the complexities of the return process. It positions itself as a comprehensive return management solution, offering an automated returns portal, return tracking, label generation across a wide range of couriers (2900+), and analytics. The app aims to improve customer loyalty, reduce refunds, and simplify return management. Its target audience is merchants seeking to optimize their returns process, improve customer satisfaction related to returns, and gain insights into return behavior. The key difference lies in their focus: MyGLS is outbound shipping-centric (GLS), while Synctrack is return-centric (multi-carrier).
