MyGLS Professional vs Trackable ‑ Order Statusfor Shopify (2026)
MyGLS Professional and Trackable - Order Status, while both offering order tracking functionality, cater to vastly different needs and merchant segments. MyGLS Professional is a comprehensive, GLS Eastern Europe-centric shipping solution, offering unlimited label printing, parcel shop integration, automated order status tracking, and country-specific solutions, primarily targeting merchants heavily reliant on GLS shipping within Eastern Europe. In contrast, Trackable - Order Status focuses on simplifying the customer order tracking experience by providing a dedicated page for customers to look up their order summary, aiming to reduce customer support inquiries related to order status, best suited for merchants who utilize supported carriers of Shopify. The key differentiator lies in their scope. MyGLS Professional handles the entire shipping process with GLS, while Trackable - Order Status acts as an order tracking front-end for customers and operates independent of the shipping provider. MyGLS Professional offers premium features like built-in COD fee handling and parcelshop integration. Trackable - Order Status relies on Shopify's native order summary page and its compatibility with the specific carriers, meaning it will not enhance the order tracking experience beyond the carriers that Shopify supports. The difference in the number of reviews (123 vs 1) further underscores the differences in overall usage and likely merchant satisfaction with each app.
