Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with efficiently managing their GLS shipments within Eastern Europe, especially those processing a high volume of orders, MyGLS Professional is the clear choice. The unlimited label printing and parcel shop integration are invaluable. However, for merchants aiming to enhance their customer's post-purchase experience, boost sales through product promotions, and automate tracking data sync with payment platforms, TrackOrder ‑ Tracking & Sync is the more suitable option. While both apps address order tracking in some form, their core functionalities and target audiences differ significantly.
The low number of reviews for TrackOrder should be considered. While it has a perfect rating, the lack of substantial feedback warrants further investigation and caution before making a commitment. MyGLS Professional has a significantly larger user base providing feedback, suggesting more stability and proven functionality.
