Our Verdict
The choice between MyGLS Professional and Trax Logistics is primarily dictated by location and courier preference. If you are a merchant in Eastern Europe using GLS, MyGLS Professional is the clear choice, offering a proven solution with excellent user feedback and features tailored to your needs. However, if you are a merchant in Pakistan using Trax Logistics, Trax Logistics is the only option for direct integration. Given the lack of reviews and rating, it's crucial to carefully evaluate its performance and suitability for your specific needs before committing. Merchants should consider the maturity of the app and the available support before making a final decision. If Trax Logistics provides crucial integration that outweighs the risk of a brand new app, it is a worthwhile consideration.
Common Questions
Which app is better for a merchant shipping within Germany?
Neither app is explicitly targeted at Germany. MyGLS Professional is for *Eastern* Europe, which may or may not encompass Germany depending on how GLS operates. Trax Logistics is exclusively for Pakistan. You would need to investigate if MyGLS Professional functionality extends to Germany, otherwise, neither is a good fit.
Does MyGLS Professional support partial fulfillment?
The app description does not explicitly state that it supports partial fulfillment. However, the automatized order status tracking feature suggests it may offer at least some level of order management which *could* incorporate partial fulfillment. More research is needed.
How easy is it to set up Trax Logistics compared to MyGLS Professional?
It is impossible to determine ease of setup for Trax Logistics. With no reviews available, there's no user feedback to assess its setup process. MyGLS Professional's high rating suggests a relatively smooth user experience, but we can't definitively state its setup is easier.
Are there any hidden fees associated with either app?
The app descriptions do not explicitly mention any hidden fees. It's critical to review the app's pricing plans and terms of service thoroughly to understand all potential costs before subscribing to either MyGLS Professional or Trax Logistics.
Which app provides better customer support?
There is no explicit information about customer support quality for either app in the provided data. The high rating and review count of MyGLS Professional suggest they likely have a responsive support system, but this is just an inference. The complete lack of reviews for Trax Logistics offers no insight into its customer support quality.
