Our Verdict
The choice between MyGLS Professional and Whatsapp Button Pro hinges entirely on the merchant's specific needs. If a merchant relies heavily on GLS for shipping, particularly in Eastern Europe, and requires robust tools for label generation, parcel shop integration, and order tracking automation, MyGLS Professional is the clear winner. Its unlimited label printing and comprehensive features address the core challenges of GLS shipping. However, if a merchant prioritizes enhancing customer support and providing easy access for customers to reach them via WhatsApp, Whatsapp Button Pro is the more suitable option. It's a simple yet effective tool for boosting customer engagement and providing personalized support.
