Our Verdict
For merchants heavily reliant on GLS shipping, especially in Eastern Europe, MyGLS Professional is the clear choice. Its specialized features, such as unlimited label printing and parcelshop integration, directly address the needs of GLS users. However, if a merchant requires a more versatile automation solution that extends beyond shipping and encompasses areas like customer tagging, email marketing, and integrations with other platforms, Workflow Automation—React Flow is the better option. While both apps offer valuable automation capabilities, their focus and target audiences are distinctly different. A merchant's specific business needs should dictate their choice.
