Our Verdict
Choosing between Nabu for Google Ads Pixel and Zigpoll Customer Surveys depends entirely on the merchant's primary need. If the goal is to optimize Google Ads campaigns by ensuring accurate conversion tracking, resolving pixel errors, and leveraging enhanced tracking features, then Nabu is the clear choice. Its ease of use and automatic updates are particularly beneficial for merchants without technical expertise.
However, if the merchant is more focused on gathering customer feedback, understanding customer pain points, and improving the overall customer experience, Zigpoll is the better option. Its versatile survey options, multi-channel delivery, and AI-powered analytics provide valuable insights for optimizing marketing spend, business roadmap, and conversion rates. A data-driven merchant should seriously consider both apps at some point, but starting with the one that addresses the most pressing challenge is best.
