Our Verdict
If you are a Shopify merchant primarily focused on improving the mobile shopping experience for your existing customer base and engaging them through a dedicated app, NAPPS | Mobile App Builder is the more suitable choice. However, if your goal is to expand your distribution network by allowing other Shopify stores to sell your products, streamlining wholesale operations, and tapping into new audiences, Shopify Collective: Supplier is the better option. The review count, while lower for NAPPS, does indicate a strong user satisfaction with the product.
Common Questions
Does NAPPS | Mobile App Builder help me find new customers?
NAPPS | Mobile App Builder primarily enhances the experience for your existing customers through a mobile app. While it might indirectly attract new customers by offering a more modern shopping experience, its primary focus is on improving engagement with your current user base.
Does Shopify Collective: Supplier help me create my own storefront?
No, Shopify Collective: Supplier is not a storefront builder. It allows other Shopify stores to sell your products on their storefronts, effectively expanding your reach through their established customer base.
Which app is easier to set up and use?
The information available does not allow for a conclusion about the ease of setup and use of each app. Typically mobile app builders require time to design and set up the app itself. Collective requires agreement and connection with other stores so both have a process to onboard.
How much does each app cost?
The information provided does not indicate the pricing structure for either NAPPS | Mobile App Builder or Shopify Collective: Supplier.
Which app is better for a brand new Shopify store?
It depends on the store's strategy. A new store focusing on direct sales might benefit from the improved mobile app provided by NAPPS. However, a new store positioned as a supplier or wholesaler would benefit more from Shopify Collective to quickly gain distribution through other, potentially larger, Shopify stores.
