Navi+ TabBar/Mega Menu Builder vs Scrolly: Scroll To Top Buttonfor Shopify (2026)
Navi+ TabBar/Mega Menu Builder and Scrolly: Scroll To Top Button both fall under Shopify's 'Search and navigation' and 'Navigation and menus' categories, but they serve fundamentally different purposes. Navi+ is a comprehensive menu builder designed to overhaul a store's navigation, offering features like mega menus, tab bars, and mobile-optimized layouts. It aims to improve the user experience by providing diverse and customizable navigation options. Scrolly, on the other hand, focuses on a single, specific usability enhancement: a scroll-to-top button. Navi+ targets merchants seeking to completely revamp their store's navigation structure and create a more professional and user-friendly experience, especially on mobile. It's an all-in-one solution that replaces existing menus with highly customizable alternatives. Scrolly targets merchants who want a quick and easy way to improve the shopping experience by adding a simple yet effective feature that allows customers to easily return to the top of a page, particularly beneficial on long product pages or blog posts. The two apps have some overlap in their value proposition, but serve different parts of the navigation experience.

Its extensive feature set and customization options provide significant control over the user interface. However, this comes with a steeper learning curve.
For merchants who want a quick, easy, and cost-effective way to improve the usability of their store by adding a scroll-to-top button, Scrolly: Scroll To Top Button is the ideal solution. It is extremely easy to install and customize, requiring no coding skills, making it a great option for beginners. While it doesn't offer the comprehensive navigation features of Navi+, it provides a valuable usability enhancement for a specific use case.
