Our Verdict
For merchants needing a straightforward and inexpensive solution for bulk or automated SMS messaging triggered by basic order events, Netgsm SMS is a suitable option. It provides the core functionalities without added complexities. However, if the merchant requires a complete SMS communication solution integrated with their store, including advanced features like smart links, Google verified SMS badges, file sharing, and enhanced security like SMS encryption, SMS Notify ‑SMS Gateway Center presents a better value proposition. While it may involve a more complex setup, the advanced features and broader scope offer a potentially higher return on investment for merchants focused on advanced customer engagement and secure communication.
