Our Verdict
Based on the provided information, Notify Customers presents a more detailed and versatile offering. Its explicitly stated features like image texts, scheduling, and direct conversations, coupled with a higher number of reviews (although still low), might make it a more attractive choice for merchants who need a comprehensive SMS marketing solution. Patch Customer Retention, while also highly rated, needs more information to properly assess its value proposition. If specific features from Patch are important but not listed in the description, a merchant would need to seek additional information.
