OAppS SMS Marketing vs Verifast AI Chatbot +Sales Botfor Shopify (2026)
In 2026, choosing between OAppS SMS Marketing and Verifast AI Chatbot +Sales Bot presents a clear dilemma. OAppS SMS Marketing positions itself as an all-in-one multichannel marketing hub, focusing on SMS, MMS, and Facebook Messenger. It emphasizes targeted SMS campaigns, automation, and conversational SMS for building brand loyalty. Verifast AI Chatbot +Sales Bot, on the other hand, concentrates on AI-powered chatbot functionality for sales and customer support. While both apps fall under the 'Chat' category on Shopify, their core focuses diverge significantly. The most striking difference lies in user feedback and maturity. Verifast boasts a perfect 5/5 rating based on 62 reviews, indicating strong customer satisfaction and a proven track record. Conversely, OAppS SMS Marketing has no reviews and a 0/5 rating, making it a much riskier choice for merchants seeking immediate and reliable results. The feature sets also highlight different priorities: OAppS aims to unify messaging across multiple channels, while Verifast is focused on AI-driven sales and support interactions within a chatbot interface.

Our Verdict
Given the available data, Verifast AI Chatbot +Sales Bot is the safer and more immediately useful option for most Shopify merchants in 2026. Its established positive reputation and focus on AI-driven sales and support provide a tangible benefit. Merchants struggling with customer support volume or seeking to automate sales interactions should strongly consider Verifast.
OAppS SMS Marketing might appeal to merchants specifically invested in SMS marketing as a core strategy and willing to take a risk on a brand-new app. However, the lack of reviews and demonstrable results makes it a much less certain choice. It is advisable to wait for user feedback and a proven track record before adopting OAppS SMS Marketing.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to use?
Based on the 62 reviews for Verifast AI Chatbot +Sales Bot and the absence of reviews for OAppS SMS Marketing, Verifast is likely the easier app to use and set up. Without user feedback, the ease of use for OAppS cannot be assessed.
Which app is better for increasing sales?
Verifast AI Chatbot +Sales Bot is explicitly designed to increase sales through AI-powered sales automation. OAppS SMS Marketing aims to drive conversions through SMS marketing, but its effectiveness is unproven due to the lack of reviews. Therefore, Verifast is the safer choice for immediate sales impact.
Which app is better for customer service?
Verifast AI Chatbot +Sales Bot offers customer support automation as a key feature. While OAppS SMS Marketing includes conversational SMS, it's not solely focused on customer service. Verifast is the better option for merchants seeking to automate and improve customer support.
Does OAppS have an advantage over Verifast?
OAppS SMS Marketing's potential advantage lies in its multi-channel approach (SMS, MMS, Facebook Messenger). If a merchant heavily relies on multiple messaging channels, OAppS *could* offer a more unified solution, but this is entirely theoretical given the lack of user reviews and proven performance.
Should I wait before trying OAppS SMS Marketing?
Yes, it's advisable to wait for user reviews and a proven track record before adopting OAppS SMS Marketing. The lack of feedback makes it a risky choice compared to Verifast, which has a solid reputation.
