OC Product Enquiry vs ReplyDesk: AI Helpdeskfor Shopify (2026)
OC Product Enquiry and ReplyDesk: AI Helpdesk both aim to improve customer support for Shopify merchants, but they approach the problem from vastly different angles. OC Product Enquiry positions itself as a simple and user-friendly tool for managing product-specific inquiries. Its strength lies in its ease of use and straightforward approach to handling customer questions about individual products, focusing on a user-friendly interface and basic analytics. Its target audience is likely smaller merchants seeking a basic solution for handling direct product inquiries. ReplyDesk: AI Helpdesk, in contrast, presents itself as a comprehensive, AI-powered, multichannel help desk. Its primary strength is its ability to centralize customer support from multiple sales channels and automate responses using AI. This makes it suitable for larger merchants selling across multiple platforms and dealing with high volumes of customer support requests. While ReplyDesk offers a far broader range of features, it currently lacks any user reviews or ratings, making it difficult to assess its reliability and usability compared to the established OC Product Enquiry. The core difference lies in their scope: OC Product Enquiry handles product-specific queries, while ReplyDesk offers a full-fledged, AI-driven customer support solution across multiple platforms.

Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a straightforward way to manage product inquiries directly within their Shopify store, OC Product Enquiry offers a simpler and more established solution, reflected in its positive rating. However, its functionality is limited to basic inquiry management. For merchants selling across multiple channels who need a comprehensive help desk solution with AI-powered automation, ReplyDesk: AI Helpdesk, despite its lack of reviews, presents a potentially more powerful solution. The decision hinges on the scale and complexity of the merchant's customer support needs. Merchants comfortable with being early adopters and potentially troubleshooting setup may be drawn to ReplyDesk's advanced features. Those prioritizing ease of use and demonstrated reliability are better off starting with OC Product Enquiry. The zero rating for ReplyDesk should be considered with caution.
