Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned about preventing simple right-click image theft and are seeking a proven, albeit limited, solution, Ongoing Disable Right Click might be suitable. The 5/5 rating, though based on a small sample size, indicates user satisfaction. However, its narrow focus may not address more sophisticated content theft methods. Smart Content Protector is geared towards merchants needing broader protection against various methods of content scraping, including text and image theft, and keyboard shortcut-based exploits. However, the complete lack of reviews makes it a risky choice. Merchants should proceed with caution and be prepared to potentially encounter bugs or usability issues. If comprehensive protection is a priority and merchants are willing to be early adopters, Smart Content Protector could be considered, but careful monitoring after installation is crucial.
