Ongoing Disable Right Click vs Verifly ID Verification & KYCfor Shopify (2026)
Ongoing Disable Right Click and Verifly ID Verification & KYC, both listed under the Fraud category in the Shopify app store, offer vastly different functionalities. Ongoing Disable Right Click aims to prevent content theft by disabling the right-click context menu. Its high rating (5/5) based on 4 reviews suggests that users who have installed it find its core functionality effective. Verifly ID Verification & KYC, on the other hand, focuses on verifying customer identities and complying with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. It aims to reduce fraudulent transactions and protect businesses from potential legal issues. However, with a 0/5 rating and no reviews, its effectiveness and user experience are currently unknown. The lack of user feedback makes it difficult to assess its reliability and ease of integration within a Shopify store. Therefore, selecting between these two apps depends largely on the specific type of fraud the merchant is trying to prevent.

Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with protecting their website's content from casual copying, Ongoing Disable Right Click is the clear choice, supported by its positive rating and reviews. Its simple functionality likely offers a straightforward solution.
However, for merchants operating in high-risk sectors or requiring strict KYC compliance, Verifly ID Verification & KYC *could* be a solution, but the lack of reviews makes it a risky proposition. Thoroughly investigate the app's features and support documentation before committing, and potentially contact the developers for a trial period to assess its reliability. If KYC compliance is critical, it's advisable to research alternative, established ID verification apps with more robust review profiles.
