Opinamos vs Rocket Google Reviewsfor Shopify (2026)
In 2026, Shopify merchants choosing a product review app face a stark contrast between Opinamos and Rocket Google Reviews. Opinamos, despite its promise of collecting verified reviews to boost sales and improve SEO, currently lacks any user reviews, making it difficult to assess its real-world effectiveness or user experience. It focuses on collecting both brand and product reviews and providing features for managing and responding to them. In contrast, Rocket Google Reviews boasts a perfect 5/5 rating from 232 reviews, suggesting a high level of user satisfaction and reliability. The app's name strongly implies it focuses on leveraging Google Reviews, likely for SEO and trust-building purposes. This difference in focus, combined with the significant disparity in user feedback, makes a clear initial differentiator between the two apps.

Our Verdict
Given the available data in 2026, Rocket Google Reviews is the significantly safer and more reliable choice for most Shopify merchants looking to implement a product review system. Its perfect rating and substantial number of reviews strongly indicate a positive user experience and effective functionality. Opinamos, on the other hand, represents a much riskier proposition due to the complete absence of user feedback. While its features related to brand and product reviews seem compelling, the lack of any track record makes it difficult to recommend unless the merchant is willing to be an early adopter and potentially face unforeseen issues. A merchant might consider Opinamos if they have a strong reason to avoid Google Reviews and desire direct control over review collection on their site. However, the absence of reviews makes it extremely difficult to determine if it is a quality application.
Common Questions
Why does Opinamos have no reviews?
It could be a new app, or it could indicate issues with the app itself, discouraging users from leaving feedback. It's impossible to say definitively without more information.
Which app is easier to set up?
Based on available information, Rocket Google Reviews is likely easier to set up due to having extensive positive feedback. The lack of any feedback on Opinamos makes it difficult to assess its ease of use.
Which app will help me rank higher on Google?
While both apps claim to improve organic ranking, Rocket Google Reviews' focus on Google Reviews strongly suggests it will be more effective for improving Google search visibility.
Which app is better for collecting feedback on my brand?
Opinamos explicitly states it collects ratings and reviews for your brand as well as products. Rocket Google Reviews likely focuses more on product reviews.
Is Opinamos worth trying despite the lack of reviews?
Possibly, if you are comfortable taking a risk and are particularly interested in its specific feature set (brand and product reviews on-site). However, proceed with caution and be prepared to thoroughly test it.
