Our Verdict
Given the available information, Opus Cart Upsell Cart Drawer is likely the better choice for merchants looking for a full-featured solution to optimize their cart experience and comprehensively boost AOV. Its extensive feature set, including free gifts, rewards bars, urgency timers, and abandoned cart analytics, coupled with a significantly larger user base, suggests a more mature and robust product. SelfDesk: Order Edit & Upsell might be more suitable for smaller businesses or those prioritizing order editing capabilities and perhaps a more targeted approach to upselling, however, the lack of data makes it difficult to definitively recommend without further information. The huge difference in reviews significantly impacts confidence.
